Gourmet Foods - Meats
Slow Food has listed the Navajo-Churro sheep as a "traditional" food, known for its flavor in the southwest. Our NW Churros are also good tasting, grass fed and healthy. Please email to be put on the list for reservations. We have them slaughtered on the farm and taken to a shop that provides us with good service. Animals are fed hay or pastured, provided some alfalfa pellets depending on how the summer goes. They usually hang out at 35-40 lbs in the fall. Of course we prefer to sell as a whole, but can accept orders for halves.
